Carol is a Commissioner for Oaths and works as a Litigation Counsel for the Kenya Revenue Authority. She has vast experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation. She has been involved in successful public interest litigation and class action cases. She is also strong on legal drafting, conveyancing, and has been over the past 3 years increased her capacity in the field of tax related litigation.
She previously worked for the Firm of Kioko Munyithya Ngugi & Co. Advocates and Kituo cha Sheria- Kenya’s oldest legal aid organisation. Carol was the 2013 Law Society of Kenya’s Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year having dedicatedly contributed her professional services to many poor and marginalized Kenyans.
